- Employment verification requests: when a company asks us to verify a former driver’s employment, we collect the requester’s company name, DOT number and contact details, and the driver’s name, date of birth, Social Security number and signed consent form.
- Payment information: payments for paid requests are handled by our third-party payment processor. We do not store full payment card numbers on our Website.
- Communications: the content of calls, emails and text messages you exchange with us. Calls with KSM Carrier Group may be recorded for quality, training and record-keeping purposes.
