These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to the text messaging program operated by KSM Carrier Group Inc. (“KSM Carrier Group”, “we”, “us” or “our”) and to your use of ksmcarriergroup.com (the “Website”). Please read them together with our Privacy Policy.

SMS Terms

Program name: KSM Carrier Group Recruiting and Driver Text Messages.

KSM Carrier Group Inc. sends text messages only to people who opt in.

Messages you may receiveDriver applicants and prospective drivers receive recruiting and job-related messages, such as job openings, application updates and recruiter follow-ups. Drivers and customers who opt in receive operational messages, such as dispatch notifications, load updates, delivery confirmations and account alerts.
How to opt inCheck the SMS consent box on our Quick Application, or answer “Yes” to the SMS consent question on our driver application (Tenstreet IntelliApp). Consent is not a condition of employment, of being hired, contracted or leased, or of applying.
FrequencyMessage frequency varies.
CostMessage and data rates may apply.
Opting outReply STOP to any message to cancel at any time. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages. To rejoin, reply START.

EligibilityYou must be at least 18 years old and the account holder or an authorized user of the mobile number you provide.
Changing your numberIf you change or give up your mobile number, reply STOP from that number or contact us so we can remove it.
CarriersCarriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell, rent, share or transfer mobile opt-in data or consent information to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Acceptance of These Terms

By using the Website, submitting a form on it, or opting in to our text messages, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or opt in to our text messages.

Use of the Website

You may use the Website only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

  • Interfere with the Website’s operation or security, or try to gain unauthorized access to it.

Driver Applications

Submitting a Quick Application or a driver application does not guarantee employment, a lease or a contract with KSM Carrier Group. All drivers must meet our requirements and the driver qualification requirements of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA). You agree that the information you provide is true and complete, and you authorize us to verify it as described in our Privacy Policy.

Employment Verification Requests

If you request verification of a former KSM Carrier Group driver’s employment, you confirm that you are authorized to make the request for your company and that you have the driver’s signed consent. We release only the information that the driver’s consent and applicable regulations allow. Fees shown on the request form are payable when you submit the request.

Intellectual Property

The Website’s content, including text, graphics, logos and images, belongs to KSM Carrier Group or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute it without our written permission, except to view and print pages for your personal, non-commercial use.

Disclaimer

The Website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Job openings, pay, equipment and other details shown on the Website are for general information and may change without notice. We do not guarantee that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.

Limitation of Liability
